SAN DIEGO TO EVERY STATE
Flat-rate moves from San Diego to anywhere in the continental USA, and back. Pick your state for route facts, transit times, and city details.
Every quote is a flat rate locked in writing before we load: from the licensed carrier that actually drives your move (US DOT #4372335), never a broker. Call (858) 490-0155 for your free quote.
WHEN YOUR MOVE ARRIVES
Two rules set every delivery date we quote, and they are the same on every route page. Within 200 miles of San Diego, including Los Angeles, your load is delivered the same day it is picked up. Beyond that, the truck covers 550 miles a day starting the day after we load, so the delivery day is arithmetic, not a guess and never a window.
| Distance from San Diego | Delivered |
|---|---|
| Within 200 miles, including Los Angeles | Same day |
| 201 to 550 miles: Las Vegas, Phoenix | Day 2 |
| 551 to 1,100 miles: Boise, Denver, Portland | Day 3 |
| 1,101 to 1,650 miles: Seattle, Austin, Dallas | Day 4 |
| 1,651 to 2,200 miles: Nashville | Day 5 |
| 2,201 to 2,750 miles: Raleigh | Day 6 |
| 2,751 miles and up: Massachusetts, Maine, the far Northeast | Day 7 |
Those are working figures for planning. Your written flat-rate quote states the delivery day for your exact address before we load anything.
FIVE ROADS OUT OF SAN DIEGO
Every route we run leaves on one of five interstate lanes. Which lane your move takes decides the terrain and the season questions worth asking, and each state page names its lane.
the coast lane: Los Angeles the same day, then the Central Valley, Portland and Seattle.
the desert stair-step: Las Vegas on day 2, then Salt Lake City, Idaho and Montana.
the southern crossing: Phoenix on day 2, then Tucson, El Paso, Texas, the Gulf South and Florida.
the mid-country lane: Albuquerque, Oklahoma City, Memphis, Nashville and on to the Carolinas.
the mountain and plains lanes: Denver on day 3, Kansas City, Chicago and the Northeast.

We run these lanes in both directions. If San Diego is your destination rather than your origin, start here for route facts, transit times and what sets the flat rate on the way in.
LONG DISTANCE QUESTIONS
How fast will a long distance move from San Diego arrive?
Within 200 miles, including Los Angeles, it is delivered the same day it is loaded. Beyond that the truck covers 550 miles a day starting the day after we load, so Las Vegas and Phoenix are day 2, Denver and Portland day 3, Seattle and Dallas day 4, and the far Northeast day 7. Your written quote states the day for your address.
Is the long distance price really a flat rate?
Yes. One flat rate, agreed in writing before we load, covering the whole move door to door. It is not an hourly clock, not a weight ticket you see afterward, and there is no deposit at any point. The rate you sign is the rate you pay.
Are you a broker or the actual carrier?
The carrier. The trucks are ours, the crews are ours, and the company that quotes your move is the company that loads, drives and delivers it, in both directions. Verify us under US DOT #4372335 and CAL-T #201759 before you book anyone, including us.
Do you move cars, or load containers and PODs?
No. We do not offer vehicle transport, container or POD transport, or international moves. What we do is full-service interstate household moving on our own trucks, which is why the flat rate can be locked before we load.
Which states do you actually cover?
Every state in the continental United States, in both directions. Pick your state above for the route lane, distances and delivery days, or call (858) 490-0155 and we will work your exact route on the phone.
