Submitting this holds your date while we confirm it. You will hear from us within two hours during business hours, 8am–8pm daily. On that call we confirm the crew size, the truck, and the price in writing before anything is committed.

Local moves are hourly: $119 an hour cash for two movers and a truck, $169 for three, $219 for four, $269 for five, and $10 an hour more on each crew size when you pay by card, with a three hour minimum and a flat $75 fuel fee. A job that needs a second truck adds a $150 truck fee and a second $75 fuel charge. Long distance is a flat rate locked in writing before we load. Either way there is no deposit, and we do not take payment online.

Booking Questions

Do I have to pay anything to book?+

No. There is no deposit, no card on file and no online payment. Nothing is charged before move day, and you pay when the work is done. Booking a date costs you nothing and holds nothing against you.

What happens after I submit?+

We call you within two hours during business hours, which are 8am–8pm daily, to confirm the date, the crew size and the price in writing. If anything about the job changes what we quoted, you hear it on that call and not on move day.

Can I book without getting an estimate first?+

How far ahead should I book?+

Two to three weeks for most dates. The end of the month, the start and end of summer, and any Saturday fill first. Same week is often possible midweek, so it is worth asking even when the calendar looks tight.

What if I need to change the date?+

Tell us as early as you can and we move it. Because nothing is charged up front there is no deposit to lose and no rebooking fee. The date is a reservation, not a contract with a penalty attached.
