Our crew arrives on time, pads the elevator, sets up floor runners, and begins loading methodically. We protect your apartment and your building from door jambs to elevator doors.

Loading & Transport

Every item is wrapped, padded, and secured. Furniture is disassembled where needed to fit through doorways and down hallways. We load the truck for maximum safety and efficiency.

Delivery & Setup

We unload at your new apartment, place furniture exactly where you want it, and reassemble anything that was taken apart. We don't leave until you're satisfied.

Do you handle elevator buildings and high-rises?+

Yes, this is something we do regularly. We coordinate elevator reservations with building management, pad the elevator cab with moving blankets, and work within any required time windows to protect both your belongings and the building.

Can you work within HOA move-in and move-out windows?+

Absolutely. Many San Diego apartment and condo buildings restrict moves to specific hours, typically weekdays or certain hours on weekends. Just let us know your building's requirements when you book and we'll plan the move accordingly.

What if my building has very tight hallways or small elevators?+

We encounter this regularly in older San Diego buildings. We'll disassemble large furniture pieces before moving them and reassemble at your new apartment. We bring all the tools needed and are experienced in navigating tight spaces without damaging walls, floors, or your belongings.

Do I need to be home during the move?+

We recommend someone be present at both the origin and destination to direct placement and sign off on delivery. However, we can coordinate with building management for access if needed. Call us to discuss your specific situation.

Every move starts with protection going down, not with furniture coming out. Runners along the walking route, cardboard over hard floors and entryways, seams taped so nothing slides, and door jambs and corners covered where the load has to turn.

This is the part of a move that costs a company time and earns it nothing directly — which is exactly why cut-rate crews skip it, and exactly why buildings ask about it. Most San Diego apartment and condo buildings require floor and elevator protection in writing before they will release a service elevator, and a property manager who has been burned once will check.
