A small licensed care home, by contrast, has a driveway and no dock. Crew size and truck position follow from the building, not from the furniture.
Say the community's name on the first call and the questions follow from it. For a tower or a campus, the office asks the move-in desk about the elevator, its reserved hours and where the truck can stand. If a certificate of insurance is wanted, it goes to the front office ahead of move day. For a care home, the questions are the driveway, the front door width and where the family would like the truck. Where The Rest Of It Goes
