Our rate is set by crew size and nothing else. It runs from $119 an hour cash for two movers, or $129 by card, up to $269 for five, always with a three hour minimum. Most San Diego movers will not put a number on a page at all.

Rate Card
By Crew Size
All four include the truck. Add the flat $75 fuel fee once per move. Additional movers beyond these crews are $50/hr each.
Second truck. Most moves fit one truck. When a home needs two, the second truck is a $150 truck fee and carries its own $75 fuel charge, so a two truck job is $150 in truck fees and $150 in fuel. Nothing else changes: the hourly rate is the same and there is still no deposit.

Flat fuel fee

Packing materials
Boxes, paper, tape and other packing materials you use are charged separately from the hourly rate.
Full value protection
Available for an additional charge. Released value at 60 cents per pound is included; what that actually pays out is worked through on our valuation page.
Long distance and specialty
Piano, safe and interstate moves are quoted individually and in writing. The rate card above is a local card and it does not carry over to an out of state move. How a long distance flat rate is built walks through every input that goes into it.

Packing is billed by the hour. Golf cart transport inside the county is the whole price for the job described, and outside the county is quoted per trip.
What we do not price. We do not move cars, boats, containers or PODs, and we do not handle international moves. We will load or unload a container you rented yourself, at the hourly rate above.
