Family Coordination
Adult children often make the call, sometimes from out of town, so one person becomes the point of contact. The office talks with that person, the community's move-in desk and any care manager. Date, window and layout all go on the written estimate.
Flexible Scheduling
Move-in windows are booked with the community. A move into skilled nursing after a hospital stay shifts when the discharge date does, and the booking shifts with it. Crews run 8am–8pm daily, weekends included.

Two movers are $119/hr cash with a 3-hour minimum and a flat $75 fuel fee, and no deposit is taken. A free in-home estimate becomes a written estimate before move day, so the family sees the number first.
Photo Documentation
Before anything is wrapped, valuables and fragile items are photographed: china, clocks, framed photographs, the jewelry box. The pictures record condition at the start. The same items are checked off again as they come out at the new apartment.

Those come off the truck first. The crew's last job is making the room somewhere a person can sleep that night.
