For a campus: which building, which entrance, whether an elevator or a dock needs booking, and the move-in window the community has set. For a residential home: where the truck fits on the driveway, which room is theirs, and who will be there to open the door. Either way we ask whether the community wants a certificate of insurance on file before the crew arrives. If the crew has never been inside a building, someone phones the community first and asks. Finding out with a loaded truck is the wrong way to learn.
When The Move Follows A Hospital Stay
