How long does an estate sale take from start to finish?

Most full-service estate sales take 2–4 weeks from first walkthrough to empty home: about 1–2 weeks for sorting, pricing, and staging; a 2–3 day sale; and 2–3 days for cleanout and donations. We work around your timeline — faster if needed, slower if you'd prefer.

What if I only want to sell online, not have strangers in the house?

Completely understandable. We offer online-auction-only service using established platforms with established buyer networks. Items get photographed, listed, sold, and the buyers come pick up at scheduled times. No open house, no walking traffic.

Do I have to be there?

No. In fact, most families prefer not to be. We can handle the entire process while you're not present — including running the sale itself. We provide daily updates and a full accounting at the end. For out-of-state family members, this is often the easiest way.

What happens to items that don't sell?
